Coach Romyanond assisted TBC’s men’s soccer coach Elie Jean in 2017 and helped the Eagles finish as National Runner-Up.

Coach Romyanond began his coaching career in 2010 with Jacksonville’s First Coast Soccer Association. In 2017, as the head coach of U16 Boys Elite II – Jacksonville Armada Youth Academy, his team won the Championship of the Palm Beach Gardens Classic Tournament in West Palm Beach, FL. In the same year, his team also claimed the Championship of the Labor Day Shootout Tournament in Jacksonville, FL.

“Coach Noom” graduated from Ohio University with a Master’s Degree in Recreation and Sport Sciences with a Concentration in Soccer Coaching. He holds a United States Soccer Federation “B” coaching license and NSCAA Goal Keeper Level 2 Diploma.

In 2013, Noom traveled to Brazil to study training sessions and player development for U19 and U20 at Botafogo and Fluminense Clubs. In 2015, he traveled to Buenos Aires, Argentina, to study training sessions and player development for U17 and U20 at Club Atlético Canfield.

Noom grew up playing street soccer and for his school teams in Bangkok, Thailand. Those experiences continue to inspire him to love the beautiful game for life. In 2001, he came to the USA and settled in Jacksonville. He and his wife Lindsey have five children: Christian, Noah, Rebecca, Samuel, and Jude.
